MEET THE COACH
James has been in the fitness industry, professionally, for four years. While he may be still early in his fitness career, He is by no means a newbie to living and loving an active & healthy life.

James grew up a star on the soccer field. His natural talents of speed, agility and quick thinking on the field allowed him to pursue his love of soccer through college and post-college. James' talents took him to playing semi-pro in Sweden, then back to the states to pursue a lifelong career in fitness. His passion will always live on the field, yet he has found a way to translate this passion into personal training and online fitness coaching. James focuses on meeting his clients where they are, no matter what type of fitness background they have.
